My sidekick, Huxley aka Chunk.
MY JOURNEY. Former interior designer. Grew up under the Arizona sun. Spent 12 years in the heart of Texas. Made the leap to Los Angeles nearly 6 years ago. That move? Game-changer. It sparked new dreams, fresh creativity, and just like that, Koko+Lulu was born.
THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME. Koko is a little blend of my maiden and married names. It’s stuck so well that even my kids call me Koko—and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Lulu is short for London~ my little bestie. She's as wild and princess-y as a girl should be.
A LITTLE FUN FACT: When I first landed in Hollywood, I dove headfirst into children and young adult actor headshots~ and loved every minute! It was during that time I truly honed my craft, learning to capture personalities and bring out the best in every kiddo, one frame at a time.
WHEN I’M NOT BEHIND THE LENS, I’m soaking up life with my family. I’m married to my high school best friend, and together we have three amazing girls. We’ve traveled the world with our kids in tow and still hit the road as often as we can . Add in a Frenchie and two adorable Labradoodles, and life is pure chaos—in the best way possible!
My bag is always packed, and I believe no place is too far. This photography gig? It’s my passion and a huge part of living my best life. I’m all about capturing the simple moments but also love pushing the limits to create something truly magical.
